Black History Month (October) 2024
At St Joseph’s we are celebrating Black History Month and some of the inspirational people who have shaped the world.
Each year group will be focusing on a different inspirational figure and will be researching this person over the half term.
They will then present their facts or artwork about this person to their class and share their own thoughts about what makes them so inspirational for us today.
Key questions that we will be focusing on:
Why are they significant?
If you met them, what would you ask them?
Why do you think they are an inspiration for us today?
